We’re excited to announce that AWLS Will host a district wide food drive to support families in need November 18 - 22. Many people in our area are struggling with food insecurity, and together, we can make a difference. Our schools are collecting non perishable food items to ensure everyone has enough to eat.
This is a chance for each of us—students, parents, teachers, and community members—to make a real difference.
Please see below for opportunities to help make this food drive a success. Every contribution counts! Thank you for your support in feeding our community.
Anthony Wayne High School
The DECA the Halls food drive is being led by the AW-Penta Chapter of DECA. Students will be encouraged to bring in non-perishable food items to their 4th period class. For every 10 donations, a snowman will be awarded to "DECA-rate" their classroom door. The 4th period class with the most snowmen will receive a holiday cookie party.
