• In order to begin kindergarten with the 2025-26 school year, children must be five years old by September 30, 2025.
• Anthony Wayne Local Schools does not participate in open enrollment. You must live within the boundaries of our district to enroll.
• Parents/Guardians must complete the online enrollment process -AND- bring in the required paperwork in order for their child to be placed in a kindergarten class.

The following documentation is required for enrolling a child in kindergarten.

• Parent/Guardian photo ID
• Child's official birth certificate
• Two proofs of residency
• Custody documentation, if applicable
• Child's immunization records. State law requires records to submitted by Friday, Sept. 5 in order for your child to attend school.

OPTION 1: If you already have children enrolled at AWLS

1. SWITCH TO 25-26 SCHOOL YEAR

2. Click: ADD STUDENT

3. Type in the legal name and other required information then click CREATE STUDENT. 

4. Complete each form and sign your (parent/guardian) full name in the parent signature field on each page. After signing each form, click SUBMIT FORM and move onto the next form. 

Click here to set up your FinalForms account. 

1. Locate the PARENT ICON and click NEW ACCOUNT 

2. Type in YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, and  EMAIL, click REGISTER 

3. You will receive an email within 2 minutes prompting you to confirm and complete your registration.

4. Create your new FinalForms password. Click “Confirm Your Account” once more.

5. Click Add Student  SWITCH TO 25-26 SCHOOL YEAR 

6. Type in the Legal Name and other required information then click, CREATE STUDENT. 

View the new user instructions.

If you have multiple students choose “My Students” to move to the next one.
